This page lists the companies that have signed something for Dholera, and tells you how much of each figure is money actually committed rather than an intention announced at an event. The difference is the whole point, so every entry carries a label saying which it is.
The NICDC Delivery Monitoring Unit report dated 30 June 2026 records Rs 2,784.83 crore of approved activation-area infrastructure packages with matching equity released, 48.31 sq km transferred to DICDL, and 14 plots covering 545 acres allotted, 476 of them industrial.

Gujarat signs L&T and Vyoma agreement for a Rs 25,000 crore AI data centre at DholeraGujarat signed an agreement with Larsen & Toubro and Vyoma on 20 February 2026 for an AI data centre at Dholera, an MoU-stage figure of Rs 25,000 crore for 250 MW of green, AI-ready capacity with operations targeted around 2028.
Between two monitoring reports, Dholera's trunk infrastructure went from nearing completion to completeThe Delivery Monitoring Unit report as at 30 June 2025 says trunk infrastructure works are nearing completion. The report as at 31 August 2025 says they are complete. No measured quantity in the reports changed alongside the wording.
