Tata Electronics confirms ASML partnership for the Dholera fab's lithography

This began as reporting of a memorandum of understanding. Tata Electronics then published it on its own press page, which is what moves it from something the press says to something the company itself states. Lithography is the machinery that prints circuit patterns onto the wafer, and it is the longest lead item in any chip factory, so having the supplier settled takes real risk out of the first-silicon timeline.
